What are the check-in and check-out times at D Eastern Hotel?
Check-in at D Eastern Hotel is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 noon. The front desk is open 24 hours, so you can arrive late at night. Please let us know your arrival time in advance, especially if you'll arrive after midnight.

Can I check in early?
Early check-in depends on whether your room is ready, so message us on the day. Checking in before 1:00 pm costs RM60. You can also leave your bags with us for free and go out exploring; see luggage storage.
Can I check out late?
Late check-out depends on availability, so ask the front desk. If you just need time in town, we'll keep your bags for free after check-out.
What do I need at check-in?
Your booking details and a valid ID or passport. A refundable deposit is collected at check-in; see deposit and payment. Non-Malaysian guests pay the government Tourism Tax at check-in; see taxes and charges.
