Yes, D Eastern Hotel collects a RM50 cash deposit at check-in, refunded in full at check-out. If you booked on Booking.com or Agoda, payment follows that booking's terms. If you book directly with us on WhatsApp, we'll confirm the rate and how to pay.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards and electronic payments, as well as cash. The deposit itself is paid in cash.
I booked online. Do I pay again at the hotel?
If your booking was prepaid online, you only pay the deposit and any government charges at check-in (see taxes and charges). If your booking says "pay at the property", you pay at check-in.
